A rule-driven help flow that let customers resolve common delivery issues inside the app. No chat, no queue. Eligible cases could be handled through compensation, cancellation, or escalation in under a minute.
A 0 → 1 concept that introduced intent-based ordering inside the existing search flow, helping users complete multi-step requests across food, grocery, flowers, pharmacy, and more.
